What you're buying
A one-time purchase of a digital training guide. Access is tied to the email you enter at checkout. Refunds are handled by hand; email us within 48 hours of purchase.
What we store
- Your email and the name you choose.
- Which plans you've bought and when.
- Which checklist items you've ticked.
- The Snatched Twin image generated for you.
- Progress photos you choose to add to your diary. They are private to you and never shown to anyone else.
Your selfie
The photo you upload is sent to a third-party image model (Kie.ai) to generate your twin. We do not keep the photo. Kie's temporary store holds it for up to 24 hours per their terms.
Deleting everything
Your profile has a "Delete my account" button. It removes your account, your progress, your entitlements, your twin image, and your progress photos from our storage. It does not issue a refund.
